What is Cellulite? and what to do about it.

Cellulite is a condition in which the skin appears to have areas with underlying fat deposits, giving it a dimpled, lumpy appearance. It is most noticeable on the buttocks and and thighs, and usually occurs after puberty.

Dermatologists say that cellulite may affect up to 80% of women at some point in their lives.

Causes of Cellulite: Hormonal factors, Genetics, Diet, Lifestyle factors, Clothing ( underwear with tight elastic across the buttocks (limiting blood flow) may contribute to the formation of cellulite) who would have thought!!

Almost 80% of women suffer from cellulite, even the ones that don’t have excessive weight. The most often factors that cause it are unhealthy food, stress, smoking, alcohol and no physical activities. The cellulite can be genetically conditioned.

The consequences are treated with extremely expensive creams and treatments with exotic titles. Massage creams do not work, or work in short terms, because they don’t treat the cause, but the consequence. The latest very expensive gel won’t cure the inadequate diet, the lack of exercising or recreation.

You must know that starvation and diets will not help in the fight against cellulite. The only solution is the transition of a diet that mostly includes grains, fruits and vegetables, that are rich in vitamins and minerals, white meat, fish, eggs and low-fat products.

I just know you want to know more on how to work on this annoying skin condition and how to make this scrub – so please learn how below:
